Koolau Animal Hospital

Dear Friends,
We are open to provide medical care for your pet. We may be adjusting our hours so please call for an appointment. In practicing social distancing and in order to protect our staff and families, no one is allowed into our building except in rare cases.
• Everyone will need to stay outside.
• Call when you arrive or notify us ahead of time so we can look out for you. We may need more info.
• One of our technicians will come outside to get your pet and bring them into the building for the doctor to examine. We will be using our own leashes at this time.
• We will call you via phone to discuss pertinent findings, a diagnostic and/or treatment plan.
• We prefer payment over the phone with a credit or debit card to minimize contact.
• If you are picking up medication or food, we will also take payment over the phone. Please call us when you are in the parking lot and one of our technicians will walk the medication or food out to you.
• If you have made the difficult decision to euthanize your pet, you will be allowed in.
• If you are feeling ill, please call us to reschedule or have a non-ill friend or family member bring your pet in.
• If your pet is experiencing symptoms and you are unsure if an appointment is necessary, please call us to discuss.
